Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 20, 2026

Revasyn, LLC ("Revasyn", the maker of AuraLync) is committed to making our software and websites usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Hearing healthcare serves many patients who rely on assistive technology, and we treat accessibility as part of building for this field.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across our patient-facing surfaces - including patient intake forms, appointment booking, the patient portal, and practice websites built on our platform - and we work toward the same standard in the practice-facing application.

What we do

Practice websites

Websites we generate for hearing practices are built from templates designed with accessibility in mind. Individual practices control their own content; if you encounter an accessibility barrier on a practice's website, please contact that practice directly or reach us at the address below and we will help route your report.

Feedback and assistance

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our services, or want to request material in an alternative format, contact us at cpoole@revasyn.com. Please include the page or feature involved. We aim to respond within five business days.

This statement is reviewed periodically as our services evolve.
