• Billing information (processed securely by our payment processor — Revasyn does not store full card numbers)

4. HIPAA and Patient Data

Revasyn is a marketing and business operations platform. We strongly advise against entering individually identifiable protected health information (PHI) into the Service unless you have executed a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Revasyn. 5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and practice data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. After account termination, we may retain certain data for up to 90 days for backup and audit purposes, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Keep you logged in to your account
• Remember your preferences
• Understand how you use the Service (analytics)
